Article 4 Construction on Lots and Use of Lots
For all exterior changes to your home or lot, submit all plans and a materials list to the HOA Board, not less than 20 days before the start of any work for our review process.
Article 4 Section 4.07.04 Parking
No trucks, trailers, campers, boats, or motorcycles ( no bumper-pull or utility trailers) on Lots or Streets.
No overnight parking on streets (from dusk to dawn).
No blocking of sidewalks or mailboxes.
No parking of unregistered or unsightly vehicles.
No parking in yards ( front, side, or rear yards or beyond the garage face)
No parking in cul-de-sacs-reserved for fire lane access, law enforcement and or emergency services.
The HOA allows outdoor decorations, but they must be tasteful and appropriate for all ages. No offensive or vulgar decorations are allowed.
To submit an ARC request, please submit your plans, and materials list and include all relevant details. We require your project to be reviewed by a City of Lake Stevens Planner, before submitting your plans for our review. The ARC will review your request and respond within 20 days.
The HOA allows domesticated Dogs and Cats, but there are restrictions. For more information, please refer to our CC&Rs and the City of Lake Stevens municipal codes. All pets must be registered and licensed. This includes indoor pets. Please visit the City of Lake Stevnes website to purchase your pet license, under the City Services menu.
Article 4 Section 4.07.10 Trash Containers and Debris
All containers must be removed from the curb on garbage pick-up day and stored from the VIEW of buildings and streets.
